CUSTOMER INFORMATION
  • Due to a high demand of some classes it is recommended that you book in advance, booking folders are kept in reception, classes can be booked up to 7 days in advance.
  • Please arrive early to book in at reception so classes start on time
  • A raffle ticket collected from reception must be given to the instructor prior to the class starting
  • For all fitness classes, please notify the instructor if you suffer from any condition that may affect your ability to exercise
  • Appropriate footwear and clothing must be worn
  • You may bring a towel and water bottle to the class, please make sure mobile phones are switched off
  • We reserve the right to cancel classes without notice, however we will make every effort to inform customers of cancellations

Circuit Training

The ultimate cardio & strength workout designed to push you to your highest level, fast moving class designed to improve your stamina. Great for both men & women

Aquafit

A fun & energetic class that gives you a full body resistance training workout with the aid of dumbbells & woggles.

Body Conditioning

Body Conditioning is a head-to-toe toning class combining aerobic fat burning whilst using your own body, weights and resistance.

Spinning

In our 21 cycle air conditioned studio, an incredible workout to help individuals of all ages and levels of ability achieve their goals of being fit and healthy.
 

Boxercise

A Mix of traditional boxing moves and training techniques. A fast moving class designed to improive your strength and stamina. Great for both men and women

Thighs, Bums and Tums

Individual muscles are worked with either hand weights or natural body weight, a class perfect for working those problem areas, through an aerobic exercise regime which focuses on strengthening and toning the lower half of the body. Helps improve co-ordination, flexibility and stamina.
 
Fitness Pilates
 
An exercise class designed to elongate the body, teach awareness of breath and alignment of the spine and aim to strengthen the deep torso muscles. Pilates can be beneficial for just about everyone, regardless of age and fitness level
