Due to the high demand of some of our classes it is recommended that you book in advance. You can book at reception or via the phone and bookings can be made up to seven days in advance.
Please arrive at least 10 mins before the start of the class this will give you time change and prepare and also allow the class to start on time.
Before starting a class a ticket will be issued at reception which is then handed to the instructor prior the start of the class
For all classes please notify the instructor if you suffer from any medical condition that may affect your ability to exercise
Appropriate footwear and clothing must be worn at all times
You may bring a small towel and bottle of water to the class.
All mobile phones must be switched off
We do however reserve the right to cancel classes without prior notice (only in extreme circumstances) and we will make every effort to inform people of the cancelation
