Stanground College employs over 200 staff. There are many employment opportunities within the College, not only in teaching, but in a wide range of support roles such as Teaching Assistants, Administration, ICT, Student Welfare, Site Maintenance etc.

We have been awarded Investor in People status and all staff are fully supported through an induction process, with continued encouragement and support from all staff and the Headship Team.

The College has excellent ICT facilities and staff are also able to enjoy the facilities offered by our Sports Centre and Fitness Suite.
