FITNESS FOR YOUR CHILDREN

Why children need physical activity – Children need to be fit for the same reasons adults do: to improve their health and ensure that they can perform normal daily tasks and activities. People who are fit sleep better and are better able to handle the challenges that a typical day presents. Stanground Sports Centre offers the ultimate exercise and fun workouts for kids and teenagers. Regular exercise helps children to grow, to build strong muscles and bones, and to develop important motor skills. Children’s / Youth Zone has a double advantage: it lets parents work out freely knowing their kids are in safe hands, while giving kids a great introduction to exercise.
