Although the Spinning bikes look like any other exercise
cycle, in fact they have much smoother momentum and a wide
range of resistance settings so that everyone can complete
a 45 minute class at their own level.
A class involves simulating a cycle ride across demanding
terrain. Instructors can take you up hills and down dales,
ask you to sit, stand and pedal ferociously…….
You will sweat, ache and moan considerably, but after
3 to 4 weeks the results of regular Spinning will be noticeable!

of the next competitor.
Verdict: If you want to lose weight and firm up quickly,
